LACHLAN “LACH” MACFUSTY

B. 1860 | MCHB | Gryffindor | 1st String Beater

The youngest of Tilda’s two brothers, Lach was always the one Tilda avoided if it came to brotherly advice. While posessing a good heart, emotional intelligence was not always Lach’s forte, though he’s by no means a cruel brother. It mostly means if Tilda needs to blow off some steam with knife-throwing, he’s the person she calls (he was also the person to give her the knife set to begin with.) Can be a bit abrasive, blunt; very protective of his little sister. Beater, so he is rather physically intimidating too. One look at him and you can tell he’s a MacFusty. He had plans of helping take care of the dragons at home, however his Quidditch career took off immediately after Hogwarts. Rep of 8. Suggested PB is Lukas Pelinka, with alternatives to be blonde/redhead.

She was brought in as a ward of the family when she was a babe, the assumption being that she was the patriarch’s illegitimate child. She was raised as a much younger sister to the Selwyns [Zeus, Posiden, Hades, and Hestia]. She is incredibly smart and has attended all seven years of Hogwarts and is employeed in an intellectual career.

He’s charismatic and charming. He also isn’t entirely faithful and has fathered several illegitimate children. Zeus and Poseidon get along, but he hates Hades (because Hades’ inheritance was the more profitable venture). He married Hera when he was 27 in an arranged marriage. He lives at Selwyn Manor with Hera, Hestia and his brood.

MARTIN RUSKIN

High Priority Character
The father of Acacia Ruskin and her siblings. He attended Hogwarts and was likely sorted into Ravenclaw, though this isn't required. He married a vampire in his youth, and had four children with her, before she ran off after they had a fight and she accidentally almost attacked him in rage. The reason for the fight is up for discussion.

He currently lives in Hogsmeade, Scotland with his three daughters, all three attending Hogwarts. His son had died during summer in the Tigerpocalypse. As well as this, he has recently found out that his estranged wife, who he had refused to allow reentry into their lives, had died as well. A caring and loving father, he is constantly looking out for his children and their well being, especially after all of the anti-halfbreed chaos.

He is currently married to Sophie.

He does not remember the timeline of which Dunstan was alive, and the news of him being as such was utterly shocking.

VENUSIA CRICKERLY

B. 1875 | UCPB | SLYTHERIN | FOURTH YEAR (’89)

Future auror and MoM Venusia comes from a fairly generic wealthy family and so might have escaped notice of most altogether if she had not swiftly proved herself to be an excellent student (though not obnoxious about it). Homework help usually comes with strings, but these are often worth it. Driven and forthright, Venusia knows how to play society to her advantage. Though friends with the boys, she does cultivate female friendships as that's ~what's done. PB is wide open but pictured is Anneliese Judge.

BEGONIA BELBY

B. 1867 | MCPB | NOT RAVENCLAW | DEBUTANTE

You know what’s hard? Finding a husband when your brother was very publicly outed as a werewolf. The fact that you were once caught in a state of undress in a broom cupboard with one of your dormmates? Nah, nothing to do with it! Begonia is the youngest Belby. While the rumours of her indiscretion have never been proven—nor has such indiscretion been repeated, not on her mother’s watch!—it has not helped matters. Begonia is bisexual and literally this family is pureblooded so there would be more PB debs for me to hurl at Aldous #SorryNotSorry. She does not live in Hogsmeade. Open PB but pictured is Sophie Turner. Reputation is 6.

Dorian Gareth Fisk


Nicknamed "Dory," Dory was born in 1864 and now works in the Ministry in some capacity. He was very close with Nemo and Zelda in childhood, and falls in love hard and fast - although he can't really do much about it yet. Pictured is Nicholas Braun, alternatives to be age-appropriate and brown or reddish haired.

"Fallon" Abernathy


WCHB. Where the general neglect of their childhood turned Kieran into a functioning alcoholic, Fallon came out swinging. Born in late 1865, Fallon started Hogwarts in 1877 and was able to achieve at least OWLs (maybe NEWTs!) through her scholarship. She lives in a boardinghouse and has a job where she uses magic regularly. Kieran and Fallon tend to enter into and out of each other's orbits frequently, but are codependent when it suits them. She does not know or suspect that Kieran is a werewolf, accordingly. Probably a Gryffindor or Slytherin.

Fallon is a flighty creature. Like Kieran, she is likely to have attempted to find belonging in found family, but occasionally leaves people before they have an opportunity to leave her. Name is flexible but should be Irish. Previously played as a cursebreaker, but I'm flexible overall.

THE GIRL

MCAB. A former (no longer a Gryffindor) who finished her schooling in 1888; Noble Greengrass has been in love with THE GIRL for as long as he can remember. They've been friends since her first year, and when he finished his schooling, Noble confessed that he loves her and they made out. Noble made her a promise: he would establish an independent household and marry her, and she would stave off courtships for as long as she could so that they could do that.

And for a while, it looked like he would! But then his dad died and his family moved into his house because he's broke, and honestly, Noble has been kind of a bummer ever sense.

Noble is IN LOVE, but is THE GIRL? Honestly, I could go either way! But Dec. 1890, THE GIRL admitted to Noble that she has to start courting (like, is about to, there is a man for her, etc.) and he is extremely miserable. Tragedy is afoot!

SOLOMON FARLEY

Solomon works as a healer in either Hogsmeade or London, and, being his parents' son, has grown up very curious and very knowledgeable about muggle "doctors". He's a lovely guy, but whether his inclination towards bold new approaches - and minor obsession with testing out new muggle medical trends in his workplace - has largely helped or hindered his career is up to you! He probably had fun in the fog, though.

VIOLA CORNER

Jane Corner's younger sister. Having had the misfortune of being the only sister unable to attend Hogwarts, Viola has always carried a bit of resentment towards her family's situation. She dreams of escaping their poverty, either via marriage or by building a business out of whatever hobby she's focused on that week. Audrey purchased her a wand once she turned seventeen and has been teaching her basic magic. She works in a shop on High Street.

HARRISON CARTWRIGHT

Harry Cartwright was always well-suited to his status as second son. Even when his brother disappeared literally like a thief in the night, he remained the second son, as far as he was concerned. Even when his father died and that same brother did not rematerialize, Harry has been quite confident as a second son. But as months passed after their father's passing, Harry began to send out private detective after private detective, none of which have managed to find anything on Hector, and now *Harry's beginning to seriously worry he'll have to run Cartwright Cauldrons—which he never had any interest in—after all. Also be the "man" of the family and take care of his mother. And sister. And basically be an adult. Shit.

Harry lives in London with a reputation of 9. His PB is quite flexible, but should be white. Pictured is Freddie Stroma.

HERMIONE CARTWRIGHT

The youngest of five (now four) Cartwright children, and the last of the daughters to bear the name. After spending time at PSYR, Hermione either completed or is about to start her first season with no serious prospects. Though she lives primarily with her mother and brother in London, she is spending the winter in Hogsmeade with her best friend from Hogwarts—leaving her poised to take advantage of the new modiste in town...

Raised in a household of girls after his father's deat, "Milo" has never had difficulties expressing his feelings or talking about his problems. He has a natural way of getting people to talk about themselves, and genuinely enjoys making friends among people of all genders, age groups, and classes. He's a natural study buddy, playing the role of academic help and therapist all at the same time. Milo was faced with a startling realization when one notable study session with a female friend ended in a kiss: he doesn't even like girls.

"Xena's twin, Leonid's middle name comes from Les Mis." Born in 1861, Leonid's method of disappointing his father was failing some NEWT exams, so now he's a hit wizard. Classic Fisk move. Gryffinpuff.

VICTORIUS ZABINI

The eldest of the Zabini children, and the one to most favour his mother’s looks, Victorius was born on a Friday (Kofi) and named in part for his paternal great-grandfather (Algernon). Always the sort to look before leaping, he kept his nose clean throughout his time at Hogwarts and had little trouble finding a job at the Ministry of Magic—though he didn’t need to at the time, he is privately glad to have something to fall back on, should his father disinherit him. He married a woman of his father’s choosing on her 19th birthday in 1878; the two have produced at least one child, though its status is up to you. Whether or not he secretly remains in contact with his mother is up to you.

PB is open but should reflect his mother’s heritage; pictured is David Oyelowo. He is an animagus. Reputation of 7 or 8.

DELIGHT URQUART

The first child born to Balt and his late wife, Delight always did her best to live up to her name—which did not always come easily to her. Confident in what she believes in but inclined to make peace wherever possible, Delight knew from a young age she wished to take a profession after completing her time at Hogwarts. After graduating, she found a safe but intellectually stimulating occupation at the Ministry or in Irvingly or Hogsmeade. She resides with her family in Irvingly. The suggested PB is Page Hurd. She was previously played as a prefect and chaser, neither of which are required but both of which are welcome.

CLIFFORD GOYLE

Towards the end of his time at Hogwarts, Ford discovered the Church of Magical Jesus. It because of his developing faith that he was willing to use their father’s death as an opportunity to reconnect with his estranged sister, as his move from hard purism to the more general pro-magic stance of the Church made him reevaluate the circumstances surrounding their separation. Though their contact was tentative at first, over the three and a half years since they have begun to develop affection for one another once more. Clifford moved into his own residence after his father’s passing, and remains on good terms with his brother and mother—largely because they don’t know he’s in contact with Elinor. The suggested PB is Jason Ralph with alternatives to have brown hair. Wanted to play out the estrangement and eventual reconnection! He was previously played..

RAPHAEL MALFOY

Raphael is a daredevil who enters into competition at the drop of a hat. He has little ambition beyond his own gratification and not being bored - as a result he successfully pursued a career in Quidditch however he may have been injured and now take on a more ownership role. His relationship with his sisters is open and he's on the cusp of being hurlable.

ELMER MACMILLAN

The youngest of the surviving Macmillan brothers Elmer's main accomplishments in life have been not dying, maintaining a handsome, foppish hairstyle and cultivating an entirely unearned air of worldliness. He travelled for some time after graduating Hogwarts and if he has a job at all at the moment it is not one with any responsibility.

Elmer is hurlable in theory, but he will likely avoid doing anything about it until Charles is married again. As a younger son he is not due to inherit the family money but he will be taken care of by various trusts and money set aside because John and Helena always assumed he would be useless. He may or may not know about this money.

Baby of the Hatchitt clan, Lester was overshadowed most of his life by Mercy until her death in 1884. He never minded too much, as he was naturally more quiet and unassuming. Quite bright and naturally curious, Les was always adventurous too, taking after his older brothers as much as possible. He's not the most outgoing, but can claim a few good friends. Speaking of, he could fit right in with the Gryffingroup as their smart Ravenclaw friend or as a roommate with Cam, Ned and Cad in Gryffindor! "Joe" is pretty open, Winnie is super outgoing so I can see this going a couple ways. One option was he was kind of awkward and she latched onto him to help with that. Alternatively, Joe is street smart, but not necessarily book smart so Win ended up tutoring him a lot. I also vaguely have a marriage pact idea so it's pretty open, get @ me with your ideas!
