Nothing for Argus unfortunately (my closest in age/status is Ernest Mulciber whom you're already threadding with), but I've got a few for Tommy!
Thom Pettigrew is his sponsor as I mentioned when you were apping him. Thom is really in to Quidditch and much more hands-on than the average sponsor. He also frequently forces his players to come attend social functions so he can show them off, so you've got that to look forward to.
Magnus Lockhart was a year above him (or two?) in Hufflepuff, and plays professionally for the Cannons. He doesn't speak much but they might know each other well enough to have a friendly sort of rivalry. Lock was also raised a MCHB and has only fallen to WC since he got married in 1883 :P
Reuben Crouch is a few years older, was a Gryffindor in school, and played pro Quidditch briefly before his family pressured him to leave. Most of his friends either play Quidditch professionally, used to do so, or strongly considered doing so. If you ever want Tommy's gambling thing to turn into something a bit more destructive Ben would love to help you out with that.
His current life goal is to be a bookie and steal everyone's money. Especially brash and impulsive young men's money.
