For students, I don't have anybody currently taking Muggle Studies but Wrath Wakefield certainly would be eager to talk to Silas about his life as an Auror and detective life in general. She's also interested in muggles, though she didn't take it for her NEWT years mostly due to wanting to focus on other areas,.
I have only one Auror, Walter Staghart who's around his age and could possibly been involved in the arrest of the dark wizard Silas came to the UK to bring back to America.
Hello! This is Silas' first year of teaching Muggle Studies, so I can see the first-year professors chatting about their new life teaching; CoMC is certainly one aspect Silas might not have great knowledge of. Certainly interested in meeting
Wrath Wakefield - I only have one NEWT student thus far, and actually have a few ideas regarding Muggle Studies specifically for NEWT students. If you have open space for a class, or one of your classes aren't progressing like you hoped, I'd certainly be open to taking Ms. Wakefield as a student! Was her intention to become an Auror? I'd love to have some history between
Walter Staghart & Silas; maybe Walter was even instrumental in the investigation, and it was his case originally?

Rhys Gallagher is the Chief Constable in Hogsmeade and he has Opinions on Silas' interference with investigations XD
Mason Skeeter is the Herbology professor!
Sloane Bixby used to take Muggle Studies at the OWL level but doesn't take it at the NEWT level, she does like the subject though!

whoops forgot about my High Street shop peeps, Quincey Honeyduke (Honeyduke's Sweets) and Caspian Virani (Virani Watches & Clocks) and Daffodil's family too, (The Florist Potts)!
Definitely interested in some interactions between
Rhys Gallagher & Silas. He's been poking his nose into the investigations often enough to have earned a talking-to, and casually brushed off any "polite warnings". Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get my own investigations moving IC as quickly as I wanted; namely in-that I'm not quite sure where to start OOC.
Mason Skeeter would likely earn a visit or two from Silas, as Alchemy & Herbology was one of his favorite subjects as an Auror.
Sloane Bixby was in an OWL class? I'd be happy to help further that plot if you'd life; I do already have an OWL class-thread posted before I realized no students are presently enrolled. Silas would be a regular at all three of those shops, lol. Sweets & flowers for his wife (and treats for himself, he's partial to dark chocolate), and he has great appreciation for mechanical items. Perhaps, even, he's approached
Caspian Virani for help in fixing the chain on his bicycle before?

James Fletcher is a third year and has one more elective space so could add Muggle Studies to his list, but whether he does or not Silas might know him, he's widely known as a loudmouth and troublemaker so if you want to give him a detention or a lecture, feel free xD
Carmelina Cramming is a colleague at Hogwarts!
Aubrey Davis is a pet hedgehog, also at Hogwarts!
Trystan Selwyn and Evander Darrow are my law enforcement types in the Ministry. Trystan is more sociable, but Evander's wife is American so could be convinced to begrudgingly make conversation? xD
Hahaha, every class needs a troublemaker. Silas would be happy to have
James Fletcher under his watchful eye! Perhaps all the lad needs is a firm hand, hmm? Detention, helping to sort & catalogue Silas' expansive museum of Muggle Artifacts; dusting & general cleaning, and perhaps a heart-to-heart conversation about the lad's dreams?
Carmelina Cramming is the Ancient Runes Professor... One of Silas' favorite subjects was ancient myths & legends. I think he'd pop his head in with questions of his own. He'd be delighted to discuss the finer points of Ancient Runes & links to long-forgotten tomes. Silas certainly is known amongst members of the Ministry's DMLE. Talking "shop", or perhaps showing some interest in on-going cases (off the record, of course)!
