This affects me from two angles now xD

When Oz takes over as Minister what happens to Charles Macmillan, Roman Crouch and Juliana Ainsworth? Do they get replaced with staff Oz picked or do they just come with the desk (lol)?

Asking both from an IC perspective and an OOC one since the answers might be different... like as a player I have no interest in ousting anyone from jobs they like but if IC there would be a turnover I can find a reason for Oz to just rehire them actually I already found a reason, the reason is he's got an insane amount of imposter syndrome here and he wants someone in the office to know what they're doing :P
