Donna would kind of chuckle lightly alongside her patient. Of course, she felt bad that her patient had to go through such turmoil when it comes to being in contact with such creatures. At the end of the day, however, it was Donna's job to make sure that all illnesses related to Magical Creatures were well taken care of instead of having them untreated.
"Well, I'm glad you came in when you did..." Donna started before she continued, "It would've stunk rather badly if this wasn't treated."
Donna tried her very best to do her job, especially when she first started working at St Mungos. She tried not to bring herself down too much, though. After all, she is doing all that she can to make patients like the one she took care of just now feel a bit better, even if they feel a certain type of way, though Donna didn't want to assume too much on how they were feeling, not that she would ever do that sort of thing anyway.
