What: A capricious old bint, Mrs Grint, who doesn't like many people, has sent out a swath of letters to anyone she can think of - the letters, when opened by the addressee will make the person believe they are dead, complete with a cause of death.
Who: Anyone she can think of! She is MCHB - with pretentions of being a socialite but she isn't good at it, so any Upper or middle class society member, or anyone's name who may have appeared in the paper or WW for just about any reason, including WC staff who may have been interviewed/given statements etc
