What: Living & Dead Mixer
Who: Spirit Div hosting, invited are:
— ghosts in good standing who were not involved in the procurement of the midnight ride horses for the last one, because Spirit Div is still salty about that
— living society-types and Ministry employees
— this is not particularly lavish so while UC folks are invited it's probably more likely attended by MC society/WC-MC Ministry folks.
— no one is checking invites here so if you want to crash it, feel free.

Where: Hogsmeade Memorial Ballroom
Why: To promote understanding & good relationships between the living and the dead, and also because Halloween.
When: 27 October 1891
The ballroom on the floor is reserved for living dances while an illusory dance floor directly above hosts spirit dances (it's mainly there so you can't accidentally see up a ghost woman's skirt). The music is decidedly more modern than their last party and the food is definitely safe for the living. Living attendees can optionally get a scavenger hunt card with facts about some of the prominent dead attendees, which they'll have to complete by filling in the name of the spirit involved. It's meant to bolster cross-conversation between the two groups and the first one to complete it gets a prize (probably a nice bottle of wine or something).
