She could be a sister of Ace Lukeson's aunt, Brenda Rey. She would be UCMB, and be the older sibling (this would likely mean that they have several other, muggle siblings). History can be fairly open, and we can brainstorm reasons why her parents arranged a marriage for her (Brenda's husband's parents wouldn't have bothered arranging a match because Brenda's husband is a squib).
