Lyre Carrow is an Unspeakable who'd probably be wary of Leto, but not outwardly unfriendly unless she was way too friendly with him. He thinks there's a very specific vibe/image that an Unspeakable gives off, and a socially-rebellious woman doesn't fit that image.
Finnian Byrne works in the Ministry, and was two years above her in Gryffindor. He might have flirted with her while at school, and although he's technically single he's not emotionally available at the moment. He's a goofball and an auror training program dropout; she may or may not take him seriously.
Jemima Rosier and Bella Scrimgeour are two women who don't fit society's image of a "proper woman". Jemima is too opinionated and outspoken, and her political beliefs are a bit too far left-leaning for her family, but she's still considered respectable. Bella, on the other hand, fell from the upper class to the working class in a series of poor life choices that culminated in her father attacking/disowning her for tabloid tumors. Jemima might be too high on the social ladder to be a true friend of Leto's, while Bella is probably too low on the social ladder for her. Still, they could commiserate over their feminine woes together.
I have a handful of other Ministry employees (Handsome Whitledge, Peony Pokeby, and Edric Umbridge ) who she may or may not know and communicate with on a semi-regular basis. Let me know if you have any specific needs or desires that they might fill!
The rest of my characters are mainly students or debutantes so let me know if you're interested in a thread/plot/anything <3
