Unfortunately I don't have much for Argus, though I do have a friend of Bella's Gemma Simpson, I doubt she's even a blip on the radar.

I do have some connections for Thomas! Eugene Scamander was a year ahead of him in school, a Hufflepuff, but he also played quidditch! He's super easygoing and also a MCPB, so I feel like they might get along alright! He tends to stick to the straight and narrow, but does get into shenanigans every now and then. I also have a whole bunch of girls who were a +/- a year of him in school but half of them are married and boring XD

@"February Lynch" and Gemma above are both my quidditch fan MC ladies. Gemma played in school and on a JR team, February's twin played professionally and so they both know their stuff. Gemma's kind of out of touch with the sport now, but Febs might know of him!
