History:If one were to illustrate the dictionary definition of debutante, they may very well put Eudora's likeness beside it. At just over five feet and three inches in height, hers is a thin frame that is always well-dressed. A milk-white complexion and grey eyes contribute to a face best described as "pretty but not a show-stopper", and her biggest detriment—red hair—truly does compliment the rest of her. She smiles easily, and often looks as though she knows something you don't. Dora is right-handed.
Her PB is Phoebe Dynevor.
Personality:Timeline
October, 1874 A difficult pregnancy and labour produce one Miss Eudora King, second—ultimately middle—child to wealthy parents. She cries. A lot. 1876 Titus is born. November, 1881 At the age of seven, her first act of magic is also her first (and to date, only) act of prophecy: while being trotted out/shown off at her mother’s garden party, Dora proclaims that the King shall be taken by the waves. While a number in attendance do recognize this for what it is, no one knows quite what she’s talking about, given that the current monarch is Queen Victoria. Summer 1882 The Kings perish at sea, making a crossing to America to visit Amalia’s family. Orphaned, the three children are taken in by their father’s maiden aunt, Augusta. A formidable woman, she has high expectations, but is very affectionate towards the children. Autumn 1882 Though she receives her letter, it is decided that Daphne will continue to be educated at home so as not to separate the children so soon after their parents’ passing. 1886 To help develop her into a Proper Young Lady, Daphne is enrolled in the newly-founded Pendergast School for Young Roses, the first time the King children live apart from one another. 1887/8 Titus goes to Hogwarts. 1889 Eudora does not go to Pendergasts, as Aunt Augusta “cannot abide loneliness, having had the joy of children in the house for so long”. Instead, she continues to work closely with her governess. Daphne marries at Christmastime. 1891 On Halloween, Dora makes her debut into society, reluctant to wait until the next Season but promising Augusta she won’t marry for at least a year.
