I have two guesses for this:
1) there's an old broken nickpic avatar on your switcher
2) there are randimg links on your switcher or on the page and at this exact moment their website is not loading for me and it's breaking some of the avs in my account switcher. Hopefully this is a blip on their end and not because they've closed down.

Edit: randimg finally loaded for me, they might be having some intermittent issues. It's taking a while to reload and it's not my internet.
