This is an incredibly un-useful report, sorry.

I'm having a sporadic issue where when I start typing in a reply box (not quick reply, regular thread reply) it disappears. It's not whole posts but maybe the first few words, up to the first sentence or two, might be written and then the box 'resets' to blank. It's happened on multiple accounts and multiple devices (phone, computer, laptop) but only on Charming (at least that I've noticed). It doesn't happen every time and I don't know what triggers it.

That's really weird and my instinct would be to say that it's not Charming but something in the realm of cache/cookies/browser settings but the multiple device thing makes that seem unlikely.
Also I'm not sure I'm understanding what's happening exactly. Are you saying that if you had a paragraph of text only a chunk of it vanishes? Or is it that it's wiping the whole text box but it only seems to happen when you have a few sentences written, nothing more?
Do you remember when it first happened?

Do you remember when it first happened?

The latter - the entire box is cleared but it only happens within the first few seconds when I don't have much written. It's almost like the typing box loads or refreshes like 2 seconds after the rest of the page? And whatever I wrote before it stabilizes just goes to the ether.

But like I said - I can't replicate it, no idea what causes it. If/when it happens again I'll try and screenshot a console log or something for you.

1. Firefox, yes.
2. Yes.
3. Just the text box.
4. Happened on Alfred's at least once so it's not just new ones.
5. Nope
6. I don't know but I'll try and pay attention to this.

Ursula Black It happened again! On Ford's account which I've been logged into for at least a day I think so nothing to do with account switcher. I took a picture of the console log and sent it to you on Discord.

Having the same issue today with the chat box - usually resets at after around 7-10 characters for me

Nope

No i'll be in the account for a while and it will still occur - its almost like the box hasn't finished loading.

Whereabout on discord did you send it? I was holding out on opening the notification until I was at a computer but then I got curious and I don't remember where it was x3

I've got the same thing on my console in Firefox so I don't think it's anything to do with those bits. I'm really stumped by this tbh. I'm still not entirely convinced it's a Charming thing because although there's now two of you the fact Dante's getting it with the cbox which is a third party thing and so rarely impacted by any of the board's coding gives me pause.

I think I'm gonna have to wait until I have more info on this. If either you have any different instances of it please let me know and take note of the circumstances. Any new information that might suggest a pattern or correlation somewhere would be immensely useful.

Happened today - it was enough time for me to copy/paste a paragraph of your post up into the box for reference and write this much. It disappeared, I hit control Z to bring it back, then I took this console shot.
