Background:

1870: Jamila is born the second and last child of her family.

1878: First signs of magic for Jamila bring forth the reality of her educational situation. Where will she go to learn? Their family status begs for further instruction than homeschooling especially with mother's educational background. And there lies the solution. To attend Beauxbatons.

1881: She is sent all the way to Beauxbatons for her education, beginning the tradition of sharing her summer years between living with her maternal grandparents and coming home.

1888: Her school years were never really remarkable. Her grades were good, though she was never one to be considered perfect. Coming home to Morocco feels strange as a more permanent residence for the time being when school is finished. At least in France it was easier to visit school friends

1890: Jamila and mother decide to accompany Hassan to Britain for the Quidditch World Cup.
