Ford considered, nodded. "I could see Grace married to a healer," he agreed. It was a stable and sensible career, one that would keep her comfortable. It was also unlikely to get her much time in the spotlight, unless whoever she married ended up becoming the director of one of the hospitals someday — and even then, Ford wasn't sure how much socializing was really expected of them, except for fundraisers a few times a year. It would certainly be easier than being a debutante, he thought.

"I think Grace will be happier once she's married," he admitted. "No matter who she marries."

Noble nodded at Ford's statement. Then, almost-joking, he smiled and said, "As long as they don't host a ton of parties." Grace would be much better-off once she was not a debutante — but their options for eligible bachelors were not truly anyone.
