Popping in on a work break to offer up Adrienne or Irene to discover one of the books in addition to Hestia!

Hestia would be the most likely, but I could see Adrienne maybe finding one abroad during her honeymoon?

Irene could get her hands on one by receiving one delivered mistakenly to the portrait gallery when it was meant to be delivered elsewhere!

Sage Macnair is actively looking for any of the books, book of knowledge likely being his preferred. And he has an interest in Xav's objects in general, especially if any are of the more darker curses variety.

I have Steliana Nicolescu and Malcorvus Flint actively looking for the books, for Arrah mostly the book of knowledge but would be interested in any. Actually both would be interested in any of the books in general with Malcorvus more interested in collecting them all, simply to complete the collection.

Ayyy. I’m ready. Sophia has met someone who (she doesn’t yet know) has the death book. She’s going after it to speak with her dead husband, as one does. I have many ~ideas here so HMU on pm or discord if anything intrigues anyone Smile loosely looking for

- people to give her a spooky story about what it is/that it really exists/uhh call em bibliomancy “conspiracy theorists”
- people who can explain what to do with it once she gets it
- Friends to actively discourage using this once she gets it
- Chaos agents to encourage this / maybe wanna do something similar, widows/widowers club unite
- Friends who come along for the ride when she does finally use it

Ooooo ok I hit u up on discord buuuuttt Irene would be the one encouraging her to NOT use the book. But she'd stick with Sophia through it so she'd at least have someone with her.

Cal on the other hand, would be intrigued by it and would also want to use it to contact his dead wife to see if she knew who would have killed her.

Oz fits both of these because if she's going to do it at least she needs to be supervised D<

Is it too late to join?. This because I now have option now I've gone on a reactivation spree

Potential ins for this plot:
- character(s) seeking the books for academic reasons, eg they want to know if they really exist and study the magic that created them (of my crew, judy and anthea would fit here)
- character(s) seeking the books for personal/selfish reasons (of my crew, egeria could fit here)
- character(s) seeking the books to contain/destroy them (judy could fit in here because potentially some unspeakable thing could be to collect the books and vault them away)
- character(s) who don't believe in the books, until weird things start happening to te people who are looking for them (anthea could fits, also judy?)
- characters who may have had the books in their possession at one point, or were connected to people who were ~impacted by the book (Egeria fits here. Her family are cursed with alot of bad luck? Perhaps getting the book has caused the downfall of her family and their eventual class drop. Her grandparents and great grandparents live in the ancient family home that has been in their family for centuries (and looks like it). It has a hidden library, a warren of secret passageways, boltholes and closed off rooms. Holding onto the house is one of main reasons they cannot afford the upper-class lifestyle. It is a money pit. But there is sure to be at least one of these books there. Somewhere.
- characters who may or may not believe the books exist but have stories to tell (or embellish) about the books to either lead people down the right track or distract them (possibly Judy. For amusement. Though if it I'd a Department of Mysteries let's contain it thing she potentially would also distract or misleading people for their own safety along with warning then not to
- characters who discover the books haphazardly and are themselves impacted by the spells (possibly Egeria because Egeria has the highest chance of having one lying around.
