Edgar couldn't stop the smirk which crossed his face when his hex scored a direct hit and whatever spell Gus had been trying to send his way went wide. He wanted to follow up with more disabling curse but knew the rules of the dueling tournament bid him to wait till the judge completed the scoring on the first round.
