5th June, 1892
Mr. Rohlwing,
Oh, but how could I forget! You were very kind to me – and the first muggle I ever properly met – and I was afraid I blabbered too much and you were just being polite and – well, suffice it to say I am very glad you remembered me.
You needn’t have worried, though, for I should think any event at all could interest me. I have seen so little of the world that I would hardly mind seeing or doing anything once. You could invite me to a market day or a church service or a post-sorting day and I shouldn’t mind at all, because how should I know whether I like it or not until I’ve tried it?
But I so enjoyed the last one, so indeed another Spring Celebration would be lovely! Are you quite sure? How have you been this last year? Where ought I meet you in Irvingly on the 18th?
Yours delightedly,
Viola Corner
