Orla is my tribute for the Scream plot and therefore her shelf life could be short. With that in mind I want to get the maximum amount of fun out of her so hit me up if the following floats your boat.

Work: Orla works at the Prophet as a photographer which is mostly interesting in that it leads on to...

Scream: So, Orla is my slightly unconventional approach to the 'generic mentor' trope. She's knowledgeable about the seedy side of life and a far more skilled witch than people expect - she is also adjacent to several of the younger characters that will soon be heading into danger and as such her quick-thinking and grit may just come in handy. Or she's the killer, who knows? Either way I'd love to flesh out the relationships that potentially already exist and find a convoluted reason to spark the other connections!

Lovers: Unusually for me I genuinely don't know. She's no virgin but I'm not sure what kind she gels with just yet.

Friends: Orla wasn't in the wizarding world for a little while and in that decade she changed from a quiet, unassuming eighteen year old with no money and no family to a grown woman with a different name and a tidy sum of money to tide her over. No one really knows how this happened but anyone who knew her before or after may comment on it.

Other Work: Orla's a part-time thief and blackmailer and when it comes to making money an all-around unpleasant person, though she's not a blatant criminal on the surface. She steals from muggles exclusively, mostly using magic, so other wizards are unlikely to know about this unless they're particularly canny about her habits. I would very much like for someone to notice. Ideally someone who either wants in on the gig or is trying to catch her.
