A most intriguing letter that I did wonder if it had perhaps been written on your behalf. The inclusion of 'impossibly charismatic' makes me think that someone in your life, or perhaps yourself, believe that you are too devoted to your books and academic interests. I can understand that impulse, I sometimes think that if I had been a man I might have been similarly inclined.
As it is I am a young woman of society, and should like to consider myself not plain, although I cannot imagine that any lady who responds would like to think of themselves as plain, although perhaps if we meet you shall be able to judge for yourself.
I can however, appreciate an intelligent mind and academic inclination in a potential partner.
