This is Bernard Prewett - brother of deceased Gideon Prewett and uncle to the myraid of much better looking Prewetts (they must have gotten their looks from Harriet).  He is a former Ravenclaw and a seer.  His seer abilities are not a secret but it's known that pretty much all he sees are bad things.  He isn't known for being the life and soul of the party, but if you are looking for someone to just have drink with he is your man.  But he turns up to everything he meant to. 

Capable of being led just about anywhere by any plot hook.

• Friends - I would love him to have a bestie, a male friend who is sort of his opposite - positive and chipper and who doesnt seem to notice that Bernard is a bit of a rain cloud.  They have perhaps been friends since school, with Bernard following him, complaining but always taking part.  Ideally more than one of these - people who like and include him despite the fact that he isn't the life and soul of the party. 
  
  
• Co-workers - He is a jobs worth in the department of mysteries.  He does his job, he goes home, he has no ambition other than to do what he does and goes home.  He works with premonitions and seer abilities in the department but you obviously don't know that, but may suspect/assume it. given that he's a seer himself.
  
  
• enemies - You could dislike him for lots of reasons!
  
  
• love - Open to any all genders and plots.  He is a bachelor, mostly because he had a vision that he would have his heart broken by a woman and so never really gave himself the opportunity.  There may be rumours as to why, that may presume he has no interest in women.
