Would it be possible if Aidan was a friend of your wife and whenever he sees you, will bother you about how badly you treat her? Perhaps Aidan wishes he was with her, though he is gay and way in the closet for obvious reasons, but she would be the one otherwise. I guess these guys would be enemies on those terms only. Unless one day Aidan was somehow beaten up and Oz found him and helped him out. I can't imagine he would walk away from someone hurt on the street. Unless I'm wrong. Or he beat him up.
