Not sure if you're still seeking but if you are I happily volunteer Ida Chang's NPC father as tribute just on the basis of the ~*~drama~*~ it'd cause for Ida! xD Even better if her dad comes back in one piece and she has to admit she missed him.
Mister Chang was last seen the morning of Feb 9 (date can flex) at Hogsmeade Station, making his way to visit a client and deliver a special order. He did not make this appointment. Ida's big brother is abroad, her baby brother's governess was the one who informed Ida the next day that her dad had not returned for dinner. Ida reported this to authorities the following day. Mister Chang is known to travel with a bit of money on his person during business dealings, so she fears more of the mugging/murder angle.
