Dear Cecilia,

The castle is much as I left it prior to break.  Though it is odd to consider this is the last break I’ll be returning to the castle after. 

I am excited for the coming out ball and am still debating my accessories, but have settled on the dress.  How do you manage to settle on accessories for so many events during the season?  I do fear I’ll lose track and end up wearing the same brooch twice unaltered.

Ephraim would miss us if we didn’t visit so we must try for his sake to go.  I do hope we can convince our parents.
