As I said in the cbox before, he would at least be somewhat acquainted with Cleon Broadmoor who is established as being friends with Don Juan (whom people should also adopt xD) and sometimes sleeps over at the Dempsey estate.

Oz is a lil classist (and a hypocrite since his wife was MC before he married) so I think he'd be disinterested in making small talk / being friendly with Timothy but would probably enjoy interactions with him in the line of duty so to speak. Like if there was a exhibition where people could show off new inventions he'd be an enthusiastic conversationalist and then if they ran into each other later Oz would be like "oh right, you." :P Tycho is too young and weird for him to have opinions on xD

I would really love if Florence and he could be a past thing! She didn't start doing her thing until around the time he was married so I could see him being one of her early customers when he just didn't have the energy to try and seduce a more respectable woman xD Could have been an ongoing thing for a few months where he'd invite her to come do a thing with Dash and his mistress and act all charming on the night of and then radio silence until the next time he needed to invite her somewhere :P

Desi and he should totally be friends. Oz and Sina are going to Emrys' Casino night also so that more or less establishes them as in similar respectable-but-not-quite sort of social circles. And noted re:Cleon! I don't think Ozy really keeps track of the comings and goings around the house because he has so many siblings so if he stumbled upon Cleon at the breakfast table he'd just shrug it off and keep going about his business.

Oz has informed me that he likes Effie's dad but is ambivalent about the rest of the family, so he would be polite but not enthusiastic about conversing with them. Oz has also informed me he didn't vote for Ross (who did he vote for? and why? questions for a later date apparently) but would of course be polite; he probably thinks Ross is too Serious and Mature to actually be friends with but would smile at him in the club.

I would dig a friendship with Elliot! Though Oz will kick him out of wherever they're hanging out if he gets too morbid and tell him to lighten up :P
