Governess to the Minister's Family
While definitely fitting the standard of society's "ideal" woman in term of beauty and personality, Tessie made the impulsive decision — mostly based off insecurities — to resign to the life of a governess after a failed first season. Thus, she's technically expecting to remain unmarried for a long while, but where would the fun in that be?

- With no desire to social climb, Tessie envisions herself with a husband of similar wealth to her own family. She desires a comfortable life with no desire for extravagance, and as such would be comfortable with a MCAB husband with a Ministry, hospital, business, etc. profession. The politician type is less-than-desirable, but a humble government employee would be fine!
