Dear Ms. Alice Dawson,

Thank you again for inviting Anne and I to visit you and please pass my gratitude on to your parents. I had a lovely time. Ireland is very peaceful, and it was wonderful to enjoy your company once again. You do not need to apologize for your brothers. Despite their roughhousing, they're truly good lads. Besides, Anne was just as rowdy, and I'm fairly certain she won't cease chattering about our visit even when Hogwarts begins.

As long as you remain as a familiar face into the future, I'm sure I will be able to cope with the changes to come. Even if we do drift apart from the others, I do hope their lives are happy and successful. Although, who knows what the future will bring; we may continue to cross paths.

I am relieved pleased your mother has agreed to a holiday trip, and they have judged my character to be responsible. I wouldn't wish for them to think that I would allow anything dangerous to happen to you.

It feels like an eternity until the school year begins, and I see you again.
