I believe in April all students ages 17+ can attend apparition lessons in the Great Hall! There's usually a representative from the Apparition Test Centre that comes out, but we so rarely have one played to do actual classes that we just assume it takes place IC and move on with our characters' lives :P

THAT BEING SAID, someone should most definitely have their character move into that office before I do w/ Freddie so they can host a wacky thread.
