What: Cupid is Dead Murder Mystery Dinner

Who: Mrs B Travers-Rowle is hosting and will be inviting any unmarried society pureblood, widow/ers with children are not invited.
Cost: N/A
Where: Her London Home
Why: She feels like it. It's a veiled attempt at eugenics
When: 21st February

Mrs B Travers-Rowle, a socialite with more than a little bit of purists views is hosting a murder mystery dinner for upper class (and upper middle class) purebloods. Too many purebloods getting engaged to non-purebloods, not enough good social marriages, the general degradation of the fabric of magical society and decisive action needs to be taken. For the sake of appearances 2 halfblood will be invited but seated together and in the worst place -lip service to not being a bigot

It will be lavish, and perhaps a bit overlong at 8, very rich and heavy courses.

Throughout dinner there will be a house-elf, dressed as cupid, little wings, cloth nappy and all, laying out as though dead in the middle of the table (because that screams both romance and fine dining like dead help). The decor will otherwise be a confusing mixture of simpering valentines aesthetic and crimescene.

Attendees will have packets of information, puzzles boxes and other items to solve with those around them to try and determine who at the dinner is 'cupids' killer. The aim is for maximum interactions between the men and women.
