How would they react to catching someone with a member of the same sex: Be delighted that they're so close. Immediately demand details on how their relationship started. Produce tea and biscuits and wait to hear the whole story of their love. Not look away to give them time to get dressed until prompted.

What does she know about sex: Quite a bit, but only from reading. She knows roughly how sex and childbirth work in theory but would be greatly put off by seeing it actually happen, most likely.
How & when would she describe sex to a daughter: She'd give her daughter scientific books on anatomy and reproduction and have her work it out herself, then scheduled a Q&A about a week before the wedding. She would also ask her partner to talk to their daughter about it and be confused about why anyone would think that was a bad idea.
Would she try to trick a man into marriage to avoid a scandal: Lol nah she would just roll around in a big ol' pile of scandal.
