I am limited with MCPBs but they do exist:

- Justice Rookwood has cousins. He currently lives in an orphanage, which could make sense if the cousins were lower-MC and unable to take in three more children. I'm not picky with them!

- Edric Umbridge could have cousins, but they wouldn't be close to the family (see: dad is an reclusive businessman). Edric's branch is "upper" MC but only because his dad is a reclusive businessman who obsesses over his job.
