Interesting just about covers it. Cameron was convinced a magical remedy would be better than a muggle one, but was put off by the magical ingredients. Beggers can't be choosers and all, you know? He seemed confident in Madeline's ability. I would've brewed it for him had he only asked. I, too, am grateful he didn't try it himself. There were some ingredients that mixed in the wrong order could've worsened his cough.
