Dear Mr. Gillenwater,
I hope this letter finds you well and healing quickly from our match. I must tell you that it was a pleasure to fly with you, especially when it came down to us to score all twelve goals. Can you believe that we did all the work when the supposed professional chaser was present? I must admit, it feel a sense of confidence knowing we can match a professional, but I confess I was frustrated by their lack of effort. To think, one of the strongest games of our careers and we outflew professionals. In your case, you even put one through a hoop.
My family was very impressed with your flying; my father was quite complimentary, but I reminded him that come September first, you are to be considered the enemy. Granted, I have never been so good at that cutthroat distinctions. Perhaps I should just say that, come September, you my father can like you, but less than he favors me. We will see if I am successful in convincing him.
I truly hope you are healing, your injury was a frightening one.
My best,
Hermia
