Talked to Kayte and this is the list of options available for WC Staff at the Sanditon Inn and this is the list that will be provided:

All employed Sanditon staff MUST be (this obvi doesn't apply to those bringing their own):

• fully-fledged human beings

• rep of 7+
  

A list of acceptable positions that would be at the Inn Proper:**

• cook
  
• housekeeper
  
• house maids
  
• kitchen maids
  
• scullery maids
  
• menagerie (zoo) attendants
  
• footmen
  
• butler
  
• under butler
  
• kitchen maids
  
• gardeners
  
• Bathing Machine attendants
  
• CARRIAGE DRIVERS YO (to quote Kayte directly)
  
• any shopkeeper at the Terrace
  

There would NOT be any use of ladies maids, valets or any personal staff (nannies, governesses), as those positions are expected to be a BYOW [Bring Your Own Worker] deal. <— Still playable just employed by individual families

Those at The Terrace can also BYO everything so you can have multiple butlers etc, it’s just those described for the Inn itself

If that sounds alright with everyone, we could move forward with using the Sanditon Inn as the base. If people want ladies' maids, valets etc for a more social hierarchy, then we might want to veer more towards NPC fam!
