Dear Miss Fraser

Thank you for taking the time to apply for the internship I am delighted to inform you that you have secured a place, your admirable grades and extra curiculars really tipped you over the edge! A credit to your house indeed.  Your fellow intern will be taking a place in my home this summer, you are welcome to do the same wither an accompanying companion or chaperone, otherwise my wife and daughters can provide same if your parents prefer.  You are also free to fluu to and from my home daily provided you are there at the appointed hour in the morning, 8am sharp, and while I hope to free you both no later than 5pm most days, there may be occaisional requirement to work after this time. 

Do let me know your parents decision, and note that I require a letter from your parents, no later than next week confirming their satisfaction with the arrangements.  I can provide something inwriting to them, if it is necessary. 

You have earned 25 points for your house as a reward for your ambition and excellent scores to date.
