Herbology was always something Mason excelled at, no matter the platform. He spent his school years elbow deep in dirt, when he wasn’t doing prefect duties or helping tutor students.

After a couple years spent abroad upon graduation, Mason returned to Hogsmaede to take up the newly opened Herbology Position, something he’d envisioned for himself for quite a while. Unfortunately he'd been unlucky in love and while professionally thought he was doing well, decided to start fresh again. Now very comfortable in teaching, Mason also advises the Garden club and is personally trying to fix up the Hogwart's Greenhouses.
