She tried not to fidget anxiously as she watched his slow progression out of the party. Without being able to inform him of the pressing matter of time, he didn't know to rush. Melody began her own goodbye (being certain to avoid her mother in the process) and darted out of the house with three minutes to spare. Did the enchantment extend past the party lines? Fuck. Melody found Ben with relative ease. The corner wasn't very specific, but the footprints he left in the fresh snow were a bit more helpful. She stuffed her hands into the pockets of her dress, desperate for any warmth against the frigid cold of the night. "There's some kind of spell on the party.
