What: "Sweethearts & Sunsets" Valentine's Day Ball
Who: NPC UC lady hosting. UC and noteworthy/respectable/fun MC folks.

NPC UC lady is secretly working with Yente Ventus to throw this party... so really the guest list is "whoever WW cares about"
Where: Wellingtonshire Residence
Why: V-day shenanigans
When: 14 February

Ostensibly it's Just Another Party with some sunset color scheme and romantic-ish themed food and drinks. Dancing, etc etc.

There are several magical things in affect here:

• If two guests make eye contact while speaking, they cannot be overheard — the conversation just sounds like background noise to others.
  
• There are plenty of small rooms around the venue that are 'fairly private' and it's easy to slip in or out of them unnoticed.
  
• Servants will be dropping hints to the guests about the two items above.
  
• Food and drinks are laced with some mild aphrodisiacs (not amortentia style just a little friskier than normal) to encourage guests to use those rooms.
  
• There will be a REVEAL at midnight where people who DID use those rooms to make out (or do more) are going to have magical lipstick marks anywhere they were kissed/etc. (Note: nothing about the spell will indicate who they were with, but still plenty of room for scandal and speculation)
  
• None of the guests will remember the reveal after leaving because we're not actually trying to destroy society.
  
• The hostess DOES remember so there might be some speculation in WW in the future (but they may or may not guess the partner correctly)
  

Basically: an excuse to move your ships along, an excuse to have some quick scandal!drama, minimal consequences to follow. Happy Valentine's Day!
