5th January, 1888 — The Library
Frida. Kristoffer had stumbled upon his sister and snorted, not even surprised to find her here. Back in the library before term had even started.
(He had come to finish start some holiday homework himself, but besides sauntering around the shelves and snickering, he... hadn't gotten very far.)
Frida had her head down at a table in the corner, a pile of her textbooks beside her. It didn't look like she was getting a great deal of work done, either, because she had something else in her lap. Another book, maybe - but whatever it was, it couldn't be part of her schoolwork, the way she kept glancing down at it, so furtively she wasn't even being subtle.
She never had been good at rulebreaking. Maybe she'd stolen something good from the restricted section.
Already amused at the thought, Kris dropped into the chair opposite at her at the table. "Well hello, Frida," he said in a patronising drawl, smirking at her in the hope she was startled to see him, and maybe caught off guard enough to panic. "What's that you've got there?"
