We may be lucky to even see a day for a surprise party! I'm unsure if you read the Daily Prophet but a troll got loose and destroyed Honeydukes! Worst of all, Percy was involved and injured quite seriously. He had to be taken by the train to a hospital where they could actually perform magic. It's been awful Caroline! Not to mention Cat and her children have been awful. I.. I don't even know where else to begin with all of this!

Percy wrote to tell me he was on his way to a hospital but that he had told Quin Mr. Honeyduke that he could stay at his home since he lived above the shock. He asked me to see to helping him if he needed it. Mrs. Blair and I made a care basket of some baked goods and I brought it to him and we talked for a bit. And then last night I had a row with Cat over some things. And.. well.. I may have found my father's stash of firewhiskey. My head hurts something awful today but somehow I ended up over at Percy's house only to find Mr. Honeyduke in the sitting room drinking his own bottle. We were both quite thoroughly sloshed and I think I may have told him I've always loved him! I don't know, honestly. And if I did, Merlin help me! I somehow managed to find my way to Percy's room and was woken up by Percy after he got home.

Oh if only I could just disappear!
