He's not a perfect fit anywhere but Adam McKinnon has certainly worked in his department long enough to be well familiar with the Creature Induced Injuries ward--either for himself or for people he deals with through his job, lol.

Ayyyy dormmates! I'm not sure how much his "better than you" vibe was present in school but if he was giving that impression I could see Calvin being quietly exasperated with him, but conflict avoidant enough that they'd still be friends and Calvin would just occasionally make a sarcastic comment about it when Harry wasn't around xD Calvin would have been very interested in Harry being on the reform committee though and probably took him for drinks (along with his sister) on a few occasions to impress upon Harry that there's definitely a right answer here. Cal wouldn't have tried to pry info out of him or anything just always down to talk about suffrage.

And yes I definitely think he and Adam would know each other, both from the previous job + there might be infrequent overlap in the current one too if there were creature incidents that were happening illegally and involved death. Like London dragons much?
