okay he honestly has a lot of reasons to know people so HERE WE GO buckle up.

HOGWARTS - same year/house as Theodore Gallivan if that helps you place him in relation to your characters! Ravenclaw class of 86. He had a small but consistent friend group in his Hogwarts years, probably men his age and women slightly younger (friends of his sister). He was on the quieter side but nice enough.

HOSPITAL - Creature-Induced Injuries at Hogsmeade Hospital up until December 1893. Coworkers/etc. His sister also worked at/still works at Hogsmeade Hospital so he's still around occasionally, and if you had a particularly suspicious death at the hospital you might be looking him up for an autopsy.

ACTIVISM - he's been a regular at suffrage meetings/rallies/etc for a few years, ostensibly because his sister is involved but also he's not-not a feminist. Relatedly connected to the Greengrasses via Clem-friends. (he would claim his sister is the Clem-friend but in practice I don't think there's a meaningful distinction)

MINISTRY - if you work in Dept Magical Law Enforcement you probably work with him occasionally. He does the bodies. He's efficient and not trying to creep anyone out but I feel like some coworkers probably avoid him when they're not directly working with him anyway because ~death.~
