Kaat leaned against Ramona, affectionate. She was not entirely sure how to help — she hoped to be in the same house as her cousin Arie, but he was born after September and would not come to Hogwarts until next year. So she had always known she'd be a bit on her own, and she didn't have cousins here.

She grinned back at Mo. "There's so many girls there," she agreed with a nod. "But here we've — got to have more space! I'll take the bed next to yours, and — we can be friends with all those people, too."

Ramona was going to be alright! And Kaatjie was going to have a friend already.
