Early December 1889 - Aurors' Office
It wasn't often Sage was called into the ministry to take care of an injury, let alone to the aurors' office, but as she strode into the atrium and was pointed in the right direction, she was a little in awe of the place. It was absolutely gigantic; she had always thought the hospital was big, but a person could actually get lost in here and may never be found. Needless to say, it was a little daunting. Everything seemed a little cold, all stone and shiny, hardly welcoming, but she supposed, given the nature of the building itself, it wasn't meant to be cozy for a reason. The hospital had a somewhat similar feel, white and sterile, but she was still far more at ease there than listening to her boots click on the marble floors beneath her feet.
As she finally made her way into the correct office (after only two wrong turns), the harried looking trainee informed her that the Field Medic instructor was out somewhere else and nobody else was trained for this yet. At hardly one and twenty, Sage wondered if she was qualified, but she also assumed they would have taken the patient to the hospital if it was that bad. This was her fourth year in the occupation, she should be more self-assured by now.
"Mr. MacCoinnich," Sage greeted with a smile, brushing loose tendrils of honey blonde hair from her face as she was shown into a back room. "I hear you've had a bit of a mishap?" The trainee hadn't been able to give her too much information, something that might need stitches, but Sage set her medical bag up on the nearest counter and left it there before turning back to the auror once more. Sage was nothing if not good at making people feel comfortable around her.
