To his credit, Rhys has made a life for himself he can be proud of. Losing his mother early in life and having Barnabas as a brother have been distinct challenges, but he had worked his way into a respectable position and is good at it. Even though keeping an eye on Barbie could be a full time job, Rhys manages somehow.

His professional success keeps him going, but he does wonder if he'll ever settle down. He's getting up there in age and wouldn't mind making a connection, but he's too proud to admit it.
