Ok so I KIND OF have face options for Topaz, hear me out, it's Zelda. She is friends with Delight (easy access to past!hair strands) and also her being very pregnant could help Topaz's cover?? Understand if she doesn't work but I figured I'd try. :P Otherwise, Enid Glynn could work! Lives elsewhere but works at St. Mungo's - in creatures, which could have given Topaz access at some point - and she's not society-notable at all but would care about rumors. Also obviously Kieran lol.

I don't have much for Sebastian or Jonas unless you want Sebastian to be Sera's butler, but unforch her husband is unplayed currently.
