What: Ministry Salon
Who: Oz is hosting and invited (some of) the department heads, assistant heads, and other leadership type people. Some areas are notably absent from the invite list and it's not clear if they were intentionally excluded or if Oz forgot those existed/did not consider them important. There is also one (1) woman on the invite list despite this gathering being hosted in a typically male space. Was she invited intentionally to be progressive? Did whoever was sending invitations just not realize she was a woman? Was she invited at all or did she just show up? No one knows and Oz is dodging questions on the subject.
Cost: No
Where: A parlor in London which is available to let for events, with the same general vibe as a gentleman's club — billiards, brandy, cigars, etc.
Why: Ostensibly a venue for Ministerial authorities to discuss their Most Pressing Issues and for Oz to nod sympathetically and promise to address them should he be elected. He is not entirely sure what is actually expected of him here, it just seemed like a Thing to Do when campaigning.
When: 12 August 1893 (afternoon, pre- any balls occurring)
