Charms was not a subject that overly concerned Sisse, but it didn't mean she wasn't going to study. Her eyes scanned down the list of advanced charms they had worked on this year, nodding to herself as she mentally reviewed them. Next then was nonverbal spells. She particularly enjoyed nonverbal spells, it felt less like flourshing when she cast them, more subtle, effective, less showy.
Her lips were moving quietly repeating incantations in her mind when someone said her name. The noise in the room had increased she realized with a startle, but she turned to look back at Miss Potts. Millie's eyes were wide as she held her arms full of study materials and her tea cup danced on china legs.
Ignoring the noise, Sisse could be rather good at blocking sounds out when she studied or there was an issue, she grabbed her wand and stunned the little china cup. Only to have the stun spell break the teacup in half. Tea spilled down in a puddle under it and the two halves of the teacup hopped on one leg apiece in opposite directions. "What happened?" Sisse asked as all this was happening. As far as she was aware Millie had been studying astronomy not charms. Besides, she had only just encountered enchanting teacups this winter, where would Millie have learned this spell.
Meanwhile a parade of dancing teacups had jumped off the refreshments table and were sashaying over Sisse's bag, mere centimeters from her toes. A small shift of her weight sent her toe into one of the line, the sound of shattering porceline not the only sound of that nature in the large room.
