Miss Scrimgeour,

Though it goes against my nature as a healer, I write in the hopes that my letter finds you ill. I have been informed by other healers in your department that today marks the third day that you have not reported to the hospital for your training, and as of late any attempts to contact you has gone unanswered.

Please be informed that if you do not return to the hospital or contact me with sufficient excuse for your absence within three days of my writing, your internship will be terminated immediately without reference. As I am loathe to lose a healer with promise, I would encourage you to meet these simple conditions.
