That was a close one! Lopaka took a deep breath before he flew towards the British hoops and attempted to score!

As the Hawaiian chaser moved to score, Esteban moved to block it from going in.

Oof. Blast the wind! Tyb winced; he'd missed that time, but the bludger was still within his reach... so it would be a waste not to give it another go, wouldn't it? With the chaser speeding for the hoops like that. Nothing at all against this Lopaka bloke, of course, but even if Tybalt was too late to stop him scoring, it would suit Britain better if Hawaii were a chaser down.

D4, attempted hit at Lopaka @"Elsie Beauregard"

Ko moved towards the free bludger and batted it at the English keeper, hoping to throw him off his game so the chasers could score.

"Lopakalaka takes aim at Zavala and shoots- but Zavala makes the block, he however runs into the goal post in the process and the quaffle is dropped- he likely has some bruising after that one! Kirke is really going to need to work on that aim if he plans to get anywhere in this match, his latest attempt is also a miss as is that of the Hawaiian beater I would hate to meet in a dark alley alone at night. Bludgers are everywhere and the quaffle is loose!"

The quaffle is in D5 and the next chaser to get there gets it! You can move and make an attempt at something in the same post like I did with Beckett earlier!

Finally they had gotten the quaffle! Swerving to help Pettigrew out Rufus flew toward him to catch the pass.

Damn! Lopaka was disappointed with himself. He had been careless and attempted to score too soon. It was good, that he was distracted by his disappointment, so he didn't hear the botching of his name.

The show must go on, and Lopaka started flying towards Hawaii's goalposts with the intentions of making it more difficult for Pettigrew to get there.

D5 > C4

Esteban was pleased that he managed to block the score and was even more pleased when Pettigrew got the Quaffle.

Zavala had saved it, and Pettigrew had grabbed the quaffle, so things were looking up. Sticking to the centre-field, Gus swerved sideways to keep an eye on Pettigrew and Bixby as they turned back this way, hoping this wind didn't manage to buffet her right off the pitch in the meantime!
C3 -> D3

Now the British had the quaffle, and Kaimana was glad that he had used some patience. Flying towards the Brits to try and intercept the quaffle.

C3 -> D3

Kaili's elbow exploded with pain and her fingers went slack, the ball tumbling from her fingers into the hands of the bloody English chaser!

Not wanting to come off the pitch she loosened the leather belt that crossed her body and with a pained scream she shoved the arm through and tightened it. She wouldn't be able to bend it but could use it to hold herself steady, playing with her other hand -and praying she didn't take another bludger.

She kept to the wings and flew back up the pitch to play some defense

D4 - D3

That noise his teammate had made certainly didn't sound good. Maybe if the British girl was equally fragile, he could help even the odds out again. They were unlikely to win with one chaser more or less useless.

Alright, okay, first order of business - get the fuck away from the Hawaiian goalposts. Art headed back down the pitch.

It seemed that now was the chance to try to grab the quaffle, and Kaimana made a dive for it, hoping to grab it right from the other player.
